Heritage Premier, Heritage Premier Plus & Heritage Classic MYGAs

The Heritage Premier, Heritage Premier Plus and Heritage Classic MYG deferred annuities offered by the companies contain all the following features:

Penalty-free withdrawals (no surrender charges or MVA) during the guarantee period.

Heritage Premier and Premier Plus – Current Year Interest only withdrawals, after the contract has been in force for 30 days.

Systematic – Monthly, quarterly, twice annually, or annually, minimum $100.
Non-Systematic – One withdrawal per contract year, minimum $500.

Heritage Classic – up to 10% annually (one withdrawal per year), based on the value at the end of the prior contract anniversary.

Health Waiver Benefits are included at no cost to the owner. (discussed later)
