Heritage Premier MYGAs

Heritage Premier MYG deferred annuities offered by the companies contain the following additional features:

  • After the contract has been in force for 30 days, one Penalty-Free Withdrawal of up to 100% of the interest accumulated during the current contract year may be taken, subject to the following guidelines:
    • Systematic – Monthly, quarterly, twice annually or annually; subject to $100 minimum
    • Non-Systematic – One withdrawal per contract year; subject to $500 minimum
    • Minimum Accumulated Value, after Withdrawal - $5,000
    • RMDs from qualified plans, counts towards the penalty-free withdrawal.

Heritage Premier is most suitable for clients seeking access to interest and/or desiring systematic withdrawals of interest. Since interest is compounded daily, interest payments will vary slightly depending on the length between accumulation and withdrawals.
