Heritage Elite MYG deferred annuities offered by the companies contain the following features:

Offers the highest rate MYGA product. In exchange for the highest rate, they contain the following features as compared to the other Heritage MYGA products:
No liquidity. Any withdrawals during the guarantee period will include a surrender charge and MVA except for RMD for Qualified and Non-Qualified Stretch contracts (current company policy).
Does not contain any Health Waiver Benefits.

Heritage Elite is most suitable for clients seeking a higher rate and not needing liquidity (except RMD) during the guarantee period.
