Product Overview

The annuity products offered by Liberty Bankers Life and The Capitol Life Insurance Company are all fixed rate annuities. As such, they can never lose value. The companies do not offer variable annuities.

State Limitations Apply. Products available in all states, except NY, and are also available in the District of Columbia. The companies do not allow cross border sales. Products must be offered for the state of residence of the owner, defined as the state in which they file their income tax returns. Agents must be licensed and appointed, if applicable, in that state.

Our annuity products may be separated into the following distinct groups of product types:

  • Multi-Year Rate Guarantee (MYG) Deferred Annuities - Heritage Series (LBL & CLIC)
  • Traditional Deferred/Flexible Premium Annuities - Liberty Series (LBL only)
  • Single Premium Immediate Annuities - SPIA's (LBL & CLIC)
  • Fixed Indexed Annuities - Summit (CLIC only).
